By accessing and using the website and services of Castlegate Construction LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Castlegate Construction LLC offers construction services including but not limited to new construction, renovations, additions, and general contracting. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
The client agrees to provide Castlegate Construction LLC with timely access to project sites, necessary approvals, and any required materials or information needed to perform the services.
Fees for services will be outlined in the project proposal. Castlegate Construction LLC reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
In no event shall Castlegate Construction LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
